At Baked Elegance Bakery, we specialize in creating delicious and beautifully crafted baked goods. Our wide selection of cakes, pastries, and breads are made from fresh, quality ingredients and are baked fresh daily. Our expert bakers use traditional techniques mixed with modern techniques to create classic treats as well as unique and innovative designs. Each item produced by our bakers is filled with love for the craft and pure passion for baking. We keep our bakery special by obtaining the ability to create baked goods for all members in the community, including those with special dietary needs. Our bakers are able to bake items that follow special diets such as gluten- free, vegan, and low sugar. At Baked Elegance Bakery, we enjoy baking all items including our new pizza crusts!
We will have our new sourdough pizza crusts available for everyone to purchase at our bake stand beginning April 20th!
Limited crusts will be available to start so make sure to stop by and get your pizza crust early!
(As we are a cottage bakery, we unfortunately are unable to sell fully made pizzas but don't worry- we have recipes to pair with each crust so you can enjoy the fresh, made at home pizza that you love!)

Our Bakery
Baked Elegance Bakery is locally owned and operated in Grand Junction, Colorado. It was founded in 2025 after owner Candyce Galvan decided to take the dream of our bakery and turn it into a reality. Many of our recipes have been passed down through generations in the family, making this business even more special and close to our roots. It is a piece of home, an extension of family, and a journey to remember. Our goal is to grow our bakery, and to share delicious food and provide our community with the best tasting baked goods every day. We strive for perfection with our deliciously crafted recipes, and we are excited to share them with our community. As we begin this incredible journey, we want to thank everyone for their support and their encouragement to make this dream become a reality.
